I used to read every article on health that came out, but lately I’ve given this up as a bad habit. To be honest it was driving me absolutely crazy, you see, I am a health fanatic. I am not going to stop reading articles on health because I still enjoy them but I do not intent to let them dictate how I should live my life. My experience with articles on health is that they do have some worthwhile information on exercising correctly and nutritional information but as for the rest, well that will be up to me. It all comes down to this; I need to do what feels right for me, so If I can do this, I can live a healthier, happier, and longer life.
